We had a pleasant stay of 5 nights here.
Stayed here with my sister and everything was very good! All of the staff members were really helpful and amicable. The location of the hotel was excellent and incredible - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Queen Street Mall. I both truly enjoyed the food; it was good and had a wide array of options.

Centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and city attractions. The tropical surroundings and river view from the room were breathtaking. The abundance of lizards added a cool touch. The pool and spa were incredibly relaxing. The room was well-stocked with essentials and very clean. Although the after hours check-in process was confusing, the staff were incredibly friendly. The location of the accommodation was perfect for a family holiday, with easy access to ferries, parks, boardwalks, cafes. The managers provided valuable information on public transport options. The property offered great amenities such as a pool, spa, BBQ area, and gym. The gardens and river views were lovely. The property had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, outdoor dining area, picnic tables. our stay was super enjoyable and exceeded our expectations.

Roomy and homely 3 bedroom apartment, with nice terrace. Good facilities on site and well stocked kitchen. Better than my own apartment to be honest.
We only had fresh linen on day one. There was no other linen available in the apartment, although in fairness we didn't ask for any replacements and we could washed the towels in the ample wash house.

The staff was most helpful during our stay.
There was no lift, and many steps. Careful if you have a bunch of luggage!!

Great river views and quiet location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The proximity to public transport and local eateries was very convenient.
The apartment could have been cleaner and the kitchen could use some updates. Some basic kitchen essentials were missing, and the carpets and shower track were in need of cleaning.

The owners/managers/staff of Bridgewater Terraces were all very friendly and helpful throughout our time with them during the Brisbane Floods. The facilities were all well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was an excellent size and layout and it was very roomy for a 10 day stay.
There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at Bridgewater Terraces. We were without television and phones for most of our stay but this was due to flooding. The staff kept us well informed at all times on what was happening with the buildings and when the services would be back on. They were excellent even though they were without power for days.
